Beaches
There is a small beach within walking distance, however the path is steep and not suitable for buggies if you have young children. Galley Bay beach is less than 5 minutes in the car as well as a number of other lovely beaches. This is what Antigua is known for!

Antigua is famous for its 365 beaches; but it also has an interesting heritage and many great day trips. The Georgian Nelsons Dockyard is a fantastic trip 40 minutes fro the villa. Other excursions include visiting the active volcano on Montserrat via helicopter or boat. Day trips to Barbuda to see the pink sand beaches and the world’s largest frigate bird colony as well as experiencing the tropical rain forest on the south of Antigua.
